Run For Tomorrow's Hope

Tomorrow’s Hope Foundation is excited to announce the 10th Annual Run for Tomorrow’s Hope, on Saturday, April 12th, at St. Joseph School in Garden City. The 1-mile Fun Run begins at 8:30 AM, and the 5K begins at 9 AM, rain or shine! This beloved community event is set to bring together runners, families, community spirit, and educational support. We would like to thank Dr. Michael Spinelli, THF Board Member, who has been Run Director since the run's inception in 2016.
With his guidance and our steadfast supporters, the event has raised over $182,000! Proceeds from the event will benefit Tomorrow’s Hope Foundation, which provides vital financial support to ensure that children across Long Island have access to quality Catholic education.
Participants of all ages and skill levels are welcome to join. Whether you’re a seasoned runner aiming for a personal best or a family looking for a morning full of fun, this event has something for everyone. Sponsorship opportunities and registration are now open! We hope you can join us!

STARS for Students Gala

Tomorrow’s Hope Foundation is thrilled to announce its 20th Anniversary STARS for Students Gala, taking place on Wednesday, May 14th at The Lannin in East Meadow, New York. This milestone event will honor two decades of providing scholarships and vital support to students in need, ensuring access to quality Catholic education. The evening will be a chance to reflect on the incredible progress made over the past 20 years, honor those who have shaped Tomorrow’s Hope’s journey, and look ahead to the future of the students the Foundation continues to support.
This year’s theme, Generations of Hope, perfectly reflects the heart of the mission. The Gala will be especially meaningful for Lewis S. Ranieri, Chairman, one of this year’s honorees, who will be recognized alongside family members Peggy and Bobby York while remembering Mr. Ranieri's late wife, Peg Ranieri, whose vision helped bring Tomorrow’s Hope to life in 2005. Also being honored are Vicki and Joseph J. Ferrara, and posthumously, Joseph A. Ferrara, and The Conniff Family, all of whom have been dedicated benefactors of the Foundation since its inception. Also, Paul Clagnaz, Principal at St. Brigid/Our Lady of Hope Regional School in Westbury and THF Board Member will be receiving The Peg Ranieri Educator Award.​​

A Christmas Evening

On Tuesday, December 3rd, Tomorrow’s Hope Foundation hosted its 9th Annual "A Christmas Evening" at the Columbus Citizens Foundation, a beautifully decorated townhouse in New York City, featuring festive Christmas trees and enchanting holiday displays. The event welcomed over 100 guests, including Donald Gelestino, the 2024 Advent STAR Award Recipient and President of Champion Elevator; Most Reverend John O. Barres, Bishop of the Diocese of Rockville Centre, who concluded the evening with a heartfelt benediction; Father Matthew Browne, Bishop's Delegate to the Department of Education; and Pam Sanders, Superintendent of Schools.
A special thank you goes to Joseph Tarantino, CEO of Protiviti and 2021 Advent STAR Recipient for co-chairing this event once again. Thanks to the incredible generosity of our supporters, the evening raised over $240,000! We extend our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who made this event such a wonderful success.​
