Last year, we shared the story of Jack, a bright young student whose Catholic education was made possible through the generosity of donors like you. As Tomorrow’s Hope Foundation celebrates 20 years of empowering students through tuition assistance, Jack is a shining example of the impact you create. Thanks to the Foundation’s Student Tuition Assistance Relationship (STAR) Program, he has thrived academically at Sts. Philip and James in St. James, growing in faith, values, and confidence for the future.
Now an eighth grader, Jack has achieved a milestone he once only dreamed of—he has been accepted to Chaminade High School! His heartfelt message to his STAR donors beautifully captures the impact of their support:
“I am so happy to tell you that I have just registered at Chaminade for next year, which is a dream come true. I put a lot of effort into my grades and preparation for the TACHS exam, and I am so happy that these efforts paid off. Of course, my determination was only a small part of this accomplishment. It never could have happened without your support.
Having had you as my donors over the years has been a source of pride and motivation. I am reaching for the stars not just on my own behalf but to show you that your sacrifices were worth it. You have given me an opportunity of a lifetime, and I will earn every second of it.
You have made a difference in my life, and I am forever grateful. I hope that one day, I will be able to give back to others in the way you have. It has meant so much to have your support and encouragement.”
